Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was disappointing, far from the advertised expectations, with a tiny size causing discomfort at night. However, the cleanliness and view were enjoyable. The meal portions were very small, possibly affecting a return stay decision due to the overall service experience. The hotel seemed friendly, but the value for money concerning the food was questionable.
The hotel offers clean and warm rooms, though smaller than expected, with a comfortable bed. The service is friendly and polite, with some delays noted. The location is excellent, right on the seafront near the South Pier, but there is a strong presence of organized coach parties. The dining experience had some service issues and breakfast restrictions. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor drawbacks.
The hotel is perfectly situated along the main seafront with lovely sea views and convenient free parking during our stay, but the small size and need for a makeover were noticeable drawbacks. The refurbished interior was a pleasant surprise, although the entertainment was lacking, and the bar prices were overly expensive.
